Ali Palmer

Ali Palmer is the founder of The Strengths Space, a consulting business that designs and delivers learning experiences that create impact. With over 30 years of experience, she enables leaders to cultivate the conditions that create flourishing learning communities and cultures of wellbeing. Her work utilizes positive psychology, neuroscience and strengths-based approaches. She is based in Queensland, Australia.

Ali is a wellbeing consultant, strengths coach and speaker. She works with diverse organisations to leverage strengths, elevate performance and enable people to live more fulfilling and productive lives – first as a teacher and leader in education, and now as the founder of her own company, The Strengths Space.

Ali designs and delivers impactful learning experiences; bringing the research underpinning positive psychology, neuroscience and strengths-based approaches to life. Her flagship programs include:

Ali was the lead consultant on a four-year Staff Wellbeing Project with Independent Schools Queensland. This pioneering work, with 30 independent schools, led to the development of context specific wellbeing programs across varied school systems. She has designed on-line wellbeing modules for Queensland’s Department of Education and is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences.

As a teacher and leader in education, she received commendations of excellence as a highly skilled and innovative practitioner. Ali created ground-breaking engagement projects to promote life-long learning and school-community connectedness.
